Damage During Shipping & Fragile Items

AB Distribution works with many couriers shipping Canada-wide with competitive industry shipping rates.

In the unfortunate event when products are damaged or missing during shipping, we issue a refund for the products and shipping fee in question with exception of Fragile Items.

ALL POPPING BOBA and JELLY are FRAGILE ITEMS. We can only ensure safe delivery with pallet shipping. All shipping is by parcels by default.  If your purchase of popping boba or jelly is shipped by parcel, you'll ship at your own risk. We will not reimburse any damage during shipping. Shipping fee is also not refundable. 

Damaged items can be discarded by couriers without notice to prevent further damage to the rest of your shipment. You will not received the remaining of the damaged items when this happens and your shipment can be re-boxed by couriers.

Pallet shipping option is available at checkout by choice.

If your products arrived damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days after receiving your order. We require three clear photos of each damaged product and the shipping boxes for claims.
