Procedure
- Pour water into a pot and leave on high heat until it boils
- Add desired amount of tea bag/leaves
- Turn off the heat from the oven and let it simmer for following steep time (With the lid on)
- After steeping time is up, remove the tea bag or filter tea leaves
- Add 150ml of ice, mix it to cool down the tea base.
Shelf life
Tea will eventually sour if left for more than 12 hours, we recommend not going beyond 6 hours for best results, and no more than 10 hours to be on the safe side. If brewed tea is refrigerated within an hour of being brewed, it should keep for 24 hours.
